Meet Nancy Wasdin
Nancy has been practicing law for over 18 years. Experienced in real estate, estate planning and probate matters, she has helped many clients with ranges of legal matters . It is important to Nancy that her clients understand the process and feel empowered in their decisions, while providing excellent legal service to back it up.
Nancy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Penn State University and her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University. She lives in Johns Creek with her husband and two sons.

Patti: Senior Paralegal/Closer
Patti is the lead paralegal for the team at Wasdin Closing Group, LLC. She grew up in the real estate business and is cross trained on every role in the firm. A proud Veteran, Patti brings a strong work ethic to her role at the firm. Her extension is 103.
Evann: Post Closing/Reception
Evann is the lead Post Closer at Wasdin Closing Group LLC and is the main receptionist. Pitching in with preclosing and training up to be a closer, she does a little bit of everything! Her extension is 104.
Shannon: Preclosing and Special Projects
Shannon is lead Precloser at Wasdin Closing Group LLC and is also in charge of special projects. With a background in tech, she is well suited for the detailed nature of our work in real estate. Her extension is 107.
Erin: Estate Planning Paralegal & School Admin
Erin is the main contact for the estate planning department at Wasdin Closing Group LLC. She also assists with materials and student support for Legal Ease Real Estate School LLC. Assisting virtually, she is always ready to pitch in when the team needs support.
Daniel Nathanson, Esq.: Title Curative and Closings
Dan is an associate attorney with Wasdin Closing Group LLC, in charge of the title curative department and assisting with conducting closings. He brings years of experience to the team.
James Ottley, Esq.: Of Counsel
James Ottley is part of the Wasdin Closing Group LLC team as of-counsel. Well-versed in residential and commercial real estate, Mr. Ottley brings experience and professionalism to all of his clients.
